Sapphire Website Design builds websites and manages local marketing for businesses across Massachusetts and New England. We are a fully remote team, which means no showroom overhead and no drive time billed back to you.
Who we are
Straightforward people doing unglamorous work well
We started Sapphire because too many local businesses were sold expensive websites that looked fine and produced nothing.
Our focus is home-service contractors and appointment-based local businesses. Those two groups share a problem: the owner is doing the work, not sitting at a desk managing marketing. So the systems we build have to run without constant attention.
We are honest about our stage. We have four paying clients, four launched websites, and four five-star reviews. Everything on this site is real, and the founding client pricing exists because we are still building our portfolio and would rather earn long-term relationships than charge premium rates we have not yet justified.
We are a remote team and do not list a walk-in office. That keeps our costs low, which is part of why our monthly rates look the way they do.
No invented results
We are a newer agency. We show the client sites we built and quote the reviews we earned. We will not decorate our portfolio with traffic charts we cannot back up.
