This website is provided for information about our services. You may not use it to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or copy its design, content, or code for resale.
Services and agreements
Website design, local SEO, social media management, and business automation are provided under a written service agreement. Plans include a one-time setup fee and a flat monthly rate, and Founding Client Pricing includes a 12-month initial agreement. Where these terms and your signed agreement differ, your agreement controls.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for supplying original photos and video unless content production is purchased separately. You confirm that any material you send us is yours to use.
Scope, revisions, and extras
Minor updates cover text, images, and small adjustments, not redesigns or complex new pages. Advertising spend, premium software, extra pages, filming, and business automation are quoted separately.
Payment
Setup fees are due before work begins unless agreed otherwise. Monthly fees are billed in advance. If payment lapses, we may pause hosting, maintenance, and ongoing work until the account is current.
Search rankings and results
SEO and marketing improve visibility over time, but rankings, traffic volumes, and lead counts depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings or business outcomes, and any claim otherwise is not part of these terms.
Ownership
Your brand assets and the content you supply remain yours. Your website is built for your business, while hosting, maintenance, and platform management remain part of your active plan. Third-party software and licensed components remain the property of their owners.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.
