Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, and details about your project when you call, text, email, or book a strategy call. If and when we enable website analytics on this site, it would collect only aggregate, non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed, referring source, and device type.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver the services you hire us for, and improve this website. If you become a client, we use your business information to build and manage your website, search presence, and social profiles.
Analytics and scheduling tools
This site does not currently run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will use it only to understand aggregate traffic patterns and will update this page. Our booking page embeds Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool. When you book a call there, the details you enter are handled by Calendly under their own privacy terms.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that help us operate our business, such as hosting and scheduling platforms, or where we are legally required to.
Text and call communication
If you call or text (207) 500-0592, we keep the conversation and your number so we can follow up. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet business or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@sapphirewebdesign.net and we will handle the request.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
